I realize that kids are closer to the ground than we are, and sometimes the world looks different if you get on your knees for a few minutes to see what life is like for them. But, I am so tired of bending over to pick things up off the floor! It is starting to get uncomfortable for me and I would like to train them now to help out and pick things up! So, today I gave Shanna a ball to put under her shirt and asked her to pick up a toy that she had left on the floor.
