It was a happy day in our house! Both the Patriots and Broncos won! (The Broncos game was a LOT closer, and resulted in me losing a bet, but at least they won!) Afterwards, the fans spilled out to the back yard to play a little catch of their own.It has been so hot, over 100* still. It will be so nice when it cools off and we can be outside more.
Shanna finished up the cross stitch she has been working on, she is going to give it to her teacher for her birthday. She bought it with her allowance money the last time we were in Las Vegas. She and Kaci have both been working hard to earn stickers on their chore charts and are learning to save their money to buy the things that they want.
I guess I will go get started on making that carrot cake... never underestimate the Broncos!!
