I made the invitations to Kaci's party while she napped today. It is amazing how much I can get done when she goes to sleep quickly and I don't crash with her! At first, Kaci wanted a "Dancing Barbie" party, but when they didn't have that theme at Target, she chose to have a Tinkerbell party. (Instead of waiting for something to ship from this curious place called "the Internet") I have always thought Kaci has a little "pixie" look to her, so it is fitting!
We are going to have a small party for her. She has a few little friends on our street she is going to invite. I bought some pink and clear pony beads that they can use to make bracelets. I also bought some foam art projects for them to design something with. I think we'll have her pink carrot cake on her birthday and then make some little muffin cupcakes for her party.
